Site delivery and security
When you visit the site, technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time may be processed as necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems. The site is hosted and protected through Cloudflare.
Email correspondence
If you voluntarily contact the project by email, the information you send is processed to read and respond to your enquiry. Email is handled through Microsoft 365.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, newsletter tracking, or third-party marketing scripts. The website does not set first-party cookies in its own code. Cloudflare may process strictly necessary technical and security data for hosting and protection.
Direct purchases and payment
Direct purchases are available. For direct-purchase orders, Stripe/Link handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. This site's payment integration does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. It records the purchase email, selected edition, transaction and order references, payment and delivery status, timestamps and download-link information in Cloudflare D1 to fulfil the purchase, provide support and prevent duplicate delivery. Processing needed for the purchase is based on performance of the contract; records may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
Personalised EPUB and delivery
For direct orders, LemonInk receives the purchase email, order reference and selected product to personalise the EPUB and send the download email. Download links provide access to the personal copy and should not be shared publicly. Order-related messages are used for payment, delivery and support; a purchase does not subscribe you to marketing. Bookstores process their own customers' purchases under their own policies.
Protected downloads
To provide the purchased file securely and prevent misuse, the site records the order reference, edition, download timestamp, authorization outcome, rejection reason and cumulative authorized-download count in Cloudflare D1. Raw IP addresses are not stored for this purpose. These technical records are used only for delivery security, abuse prevention and support, and are retained for up to 90 days.

External links
External destinations, including Amazon and Google Translate, are governed by their own privacy practices once you choose to leave this website.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal obligations.
